Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Physical Products

Customers may return non-personalized physical products purchased through our online shop within 14 days in accordance with their statutory right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be in a condition that allows us to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Products showing signs of use or damage may only be returned if the defect already existed at the time of delivery.

1.2 Return Shipping Costs

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.

1.3 Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Any shipping costs paid will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part, such as the delivery of an incorrect or defective item.

Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Right of Withdrawal for Physical Goods (Non-Personalized)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) sent to:

2.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

This applies in particular to personalized products, such as bags featuring an individual name or any other customer-specific customization.
